Which payment methods do you accept?
INR orders use Razorpay and support UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, Net Banking, and Wallets. International buyers can pay with PayPal using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or PayPal balance.
When will I see shipping options and delivery estimates?
India orders ship free above ₹2,000. Final shipping methods, delivery timelines, and charges are confirmed after you enter your delivery country and address at checkout. International orders ship via FedEx, DHL, or Aramex.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled on the same business day before dispatch. Eligible returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Custom or personalised orders and worn or washed items are non-returnable. International orders are exchange or store credit only. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
How do I get help if payment fails?
